MIKEN Builders was founded in 1987 by Mr. Donald Jester and Mr. Michael Cummings. The company has since grown to a $25 million a year business serving the needs of commercial, residential, and government clients with approximately 45 top notch employees.

For more than twenty years, MIKEN Builders, Inc. has provided the tri-state business community with General Contracting, Construction Management and Design Build services. The company began with one office in Wilmington, Delaware in 1988 and expanded to a second office in Ocean View, Delaware in 1994. This full-service builder now offers the best in Concept Development, Strategic Planning, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the state of Delaware, the Eastern Shore of Maryland, South Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
