Sunbridge Care & Rehabilitation Center
Location: Elkton, MDSunbridge is an elderly healthcare facility where residents are more prone to sickness and infection. With this in mind, all areas that we worked in were sealed off to protect the residents. The project consisted of 16 resident room renovations, new nurses station, and new corridor flooring. This project occurred while the facility was still fully functioning. Mold and mildew were discovered during the renovation, and the situation was addressed with all the proper protocol to rid the area of this problem. There were no safety or infectious incidents during the entire project, and the end products made residents and staff quite happy.
