Cedar Shores Condominiums
Location: Ocean View, DEThis project was built in the footprint of an existing condominium that was destroyed by a fire. To begin the project, 125 pilings were driven into the ground to serve as the foundation for the entire building. The condominium consists of 18 new units and six stair towers at the front and rear of the building, which serve as entrances to the 18 units. All of the units consist of a large kitchen/dining area, along with two full bathrooms, one to two bedrooms, and a living and/or family room.
