Raskauskas Retail Center
Location: Ocean View, DEThe Raskauskas Retail Center project consisted of constructing two 10,000 square foot retail buildings and one 8,500 square foot office building. The buildings are accented by standing seam metal roofing and metal panel façade. The construction of the office building consisted of metal stud framing and pre-cast concrete floor planks, which is an uncommon construction method in this area.
