Cedar Shores Condominiums
Location: Ocean View, DE This project was built in the footprint of an existing condominium that was destroyed by a fire. To begin the project, 125 pilings were driven into the ground to serve as the foundation for the entire building. The condominium consists of 18 new units and six stair towers at the front and rear of the building, which serve as entrances to the 18 units. All of the units consist of a large kitchen/dining area, along with two full bathrooms, one to two bedrooms, and a living and/or family room.
Lewes Yacht Club
Location: Lewes, DEAfter demolition of the existing Yacht Club, a new building was constructed that doubled the size of the previous building. This project is located on the beach in Lewes, Delaware, which required the use of special materials to withstand the environmental factors. This project included construction of two kitchens, two bars, and a spiral staircase lined with windows to view the town. The dining room was built with an open view to the ocean & a striking fireplace.
Limestone Veterinary Hospital
Location: Hockessin, DEThe Limestone Veterinary Hospital was a Design-Build project. This project featured slab on grade, wood framing and metal roofing. The new building includes a lobby area with desk, exam rooms with tables and equipment, as well as necessary labs and storage areas. The project also included the construction of interior kennels with trench drains.
State of Delaware Polling Locations
Location: Various Locations
These projects involved updating the existing facilities where voting takes place throughout the state of Delaware. The updates involved handicapped accessible parking spaces, signage and ramps. The projects also included installation of ADA compliant door hardware. All projects needed to be, and were, completed by Election Day.
