Beach Liquors
Location: Bethany Beach, DE The renovation of this existing facility began in the fall and was required to be completed by the start of the beach season. A small addition was added to the front of the building and handicapped accessible ramps were installed. On the exterior of the building, all of the finishes were updated. The interior existing flat ceilings were removed and cathedral ceilings were installed. A wine sales and tasting room was created that included granite countertops, a climate-controlled wine room and accent lighting.
Raskauskas Retail Center
Location: Ocean View, DE
The Raskauskas Retail Center project consisted of constructing two 10,000 square foot retail buildings and one 8,500 square foot office building. The buildings are accented by standing seam metal roofing and metal panel façade. The construction of the office building consisted of metal stud framing and pre-cast concrete floor planks, which is an uncommon construction method in this area.
